| Abstract: | The article analyzes in 5 aspects including present situation of the Northeast,technical reconstruction,resources and ecology,policy orientation and inspiration from Ruhr area reconstruction and makes some suggestions on how to revitalize the Northeast Old Industrial Base through combining the state policies on revitalizing the Northeast Old Industrial Base. |
