| Abstract: | Through referencing and benchmarking the successful practices and experiences from Japan government＇ s implementation of environmental protection policies along with its economic development courses, this essay defines the methodology for constructing a recyclable society. The methodology recommends a continuously optimized assessment system, acts for executing the idea of merging environmental protection concepts into economic development, as well as the synchronization on implementing the economic development and environmental protection policies. |
