| Abstract: | First, the article analyses the concept and connotation of low earbon cities; On the basis of the diseussion about existing low carbon cities evaluation index system, the paper puts forward a more comprehensive low carbon cities evaluation index system from the view of system science; At last, the paper discusses low carbon cities development eomprehensive evaluation from the Angle of eonstruction praetiee. |
