公共卫生与城市内涝

为了研究城市内涝的公共卫生特点，本文分析了广西梧州１９９４年的抗洪经济：（１）城市内涝是一种特殊的暂时性的废水；（２）水质可在３－５天内恶化变臭，从而在中心城市造成严重的公共卫生问题：９３）应防止垃圾烘便及有毒化学物质污染水质，防止居民中毒和传染病发生。最重要的是迅速排除城市内涝废水。

THE PUBLIC HEALTH IN WASTEWATER OF WATERLOGGING IN CITY

To investigate the characters of public health in urban waterlogging area, this paper presented the following anti flooding experiences in Wuzhou city, Guangxi in 1994 (1) The water in urban waterlogging area is special and temporary wastewater.(2) The water quality may be deteriorated and become odorous within 3 to 5 days, and therefore resulting in serious problems of public health in city.(3) It is necessary to prevent the refuse and toxic chemicals from polluting water quality, to avoid poisoning and infectious diseases among the residents. The most important measure is to discharge the wastewater as soon as possible.
