摘    要:文章根据(GB 3095-1996)《环境空气质量标准》,应用改进灰色聚类法对厦门市全市及各个主要地区2007年-2011年的大气环境质量进行了评价。结果表明:改进的灰色聚类法引用指数型白化函数来建立样本值和各灰类之间的关系,解决了零权重的问题,应用修正聚类权值确定各个评价指标在不同级别中的权重,使最后的计算结果更加客观。经评价,厦门全市及各区2007年-2011年的大气环境空气质量均为二级,厦门市在经济快速发展的同时,保持了良好的大气环境质量。改进的灰色聚类法概念清晰,计算方便,评价结果客观。

Application of Modified Grey Clustering Method in Atmospheric Environmental Assessment

Abstract:According to the standard of Ambient Air Quality Standard( GB3095-1996),the atmospheric environment in Xiamen from 2007 to 2011 was evaluated based on improved grey clustering method. The results show that the improved grey clustering method can solve the zero weight problems well because it build relationship between sample value and gray classifications using albino function of index type. The method can also ensure the evaluation results more by determined the weight of each index in different level by the application of correctional clustering weight. The results show that the quality of atmospheric environment in Xiamen and the other major area is secondary from 2007 to 2011,it indicated that the atmospheric environment in Xiamen is healthy at the same time of economic development. The improved grey clustering methods have a distinct conception,easy to calculate and more objective in results.
