摘    要:研究了臭氧-生物活性炭工艺对生活污水处理厂再生水COD和氨氮的去除效果,并研究了生物活性炭层中菌群的分布特征。研究结果表明:采用该工艺,对COD和氨氮有较好的去除效果。随着取样口与进水口距离的增加,活性炭层内生物量具有逐渐减少的分布特征,可培养微生物数量也逐渐减少。生物活性炭层上、下层之间表现出不同的微生物多样性。

Abstract:The removal efficiency of COD and NH3-N in reclaimed water from domestic treatment plant treated by ozone-biological activated carbon process was studied.Besides,characteristics of colony distribution in biological activated carbon were studied.The results showed that with the technique,COD and NH3-N could be removed efficiently.Biomass in the carbon decreased gradually with the increase of the distance between the inlet and sampling points,and the quantity of culturable microorganism decreased correspondingly.Different microorganism diversity was shown in the upper and lower part of the biological activated carbon bed.
