试论江苏省国土资源与区域可持续发展

国土资源是区域可持续发展的基础，国土资源的合理开发利用是区域持发展的必由之路。首先详细地分析了江苏国土资源的优势条件，然后着重阐述了江苏国土资源的劣势，指出 一个资源约束型省份人地关系紧张、气候灾害频敏、环境问题突出已严重制约着区域的可持续发展；最后，根据江苏省情，对江苏可持续发展提出如下建议；加强对地理区位的开发和利用，促进力的合理布局，严格控制人口增长，努力提高人口素质，严格保护耕地，高效利用

DISSCUSSION ON JIANGSU'S TERRITORY RESOURCES AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION

Territory resources are the basis of regional sustainable development.From the view of territory resources,firstly,the paper elaborately analyses the advantages of territory resources of Jiangsu province.Secondly,the paper lays emphasis on exposition of disadvantages of territory resources,pointing out that Jiangsu is typical province restricted in resources and that the high tension of relationship between man and earth,the frequent climatic damages and the prominent environmental problems have seriously restricted the regional sustainable development.Finally,the authors provide the following corresponding suggestions:to strengthen the exploration and utilizaton of geographical position and make more rational the layout of productive forces;to strictly control the increase of population and make efforts to improve the quality of population;to adequately protect the cultivated land and exploit the land efficiently;to speed up the buiding of modern irrigation systems and utilize water resources reasonably,to speed up the exploitation of the marine territory resources and to modify the model of economic development so as to save resources and reduce pollution.
