武钢新一烧的环保设计及应用

根据武钢发展总体规划,武钢对一烧车间4台75 m2烧结机进行了易地改造,新建了1台450 m2烧结机.该改造工程淘汰老烧结机,推进设备大型化、自动化,采用先进的工艺技术和设备,从生产源头削减污染.对生产过程中产生的污染物积极治理,建立了相应的环保设施,最大限度地减少了污染物的外排及对环境的影响,实现了烧结的清洁生产.从清洁生产工艺和污染治理2个方面浅析了武钢新一烧环保设计的先进性、合理性.

Analysis on the Environmental Protection Design of the New No. 1 Sintering Workshop of WISCO

According to general plant of development of WISCO,four 75 m2 of sintering machines of WISCO No.1 Sintering Plant are reassembled in another place and a new 450 m2 of large sized sintering machine is built.This project obsoletes old sintering machines to promote the automation and large size of the equipment and the pollution is eliminated from the source by using advanced technologies and equipment.Pollutants produced are treated and the corresponding environmental facilities are set up to maximum reduce the discharge of pollutants and effects on the environment,so that the cleaning production in sintering is realized.The paper simply analyses the progress and rationalization of the design for the new No.1 Sintering Plant of WISCO based on the two aspects,clean production and pollution control.
