| Abstract: | Based on Chinese regulations and laws and aimed at the characteristics of the refinery, this article defined the procedures and methods for the safety assessment of refinery, by using methods of Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), Safety Check List, Risk Index and major accident simulation, and briefly introduced the effect of the assessment. |
