| Abstract: | The managerial measures to strengthen comprehensive utilization of gangue and coal ash were discussed with respect of administrative stipulation,economic policy and laws and regulations. A compoaratively systematic regulation and policy system was proposed for the reference of decisionmaking by related departments. |
