| Abstract: | With the study of the margina1 cost princing theory as reference,the paper is to discuss the basic principlc and method of mataral resource pricing systm.and toth the necessary conditions for diffcrent methods and relevant merits are compared in the paper.The analysis aims to discass the theorctic stady for the environmental loss assessment in the proccss of nataral resoarce derelopment. |
