垃圾填埋污染场地的微生物变化特征与污染物行为研究

通过静态和动态模拟实验研究了垃圾填埋污染场地的微生物变化特征及其与污染物的衰减、形态分布和生物有效性变化之间的关系.结果表明，土壤和细砂中微生物活性随时间均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势，升高阶段其平均增长速率分别达到0.081 d^-1和0.022 d^-1，而降低阶段其衰减速率分别达到0.009 5 d^-1和0.005 1 d^-1；COD随时间的衰减与微生物活性变化之间有明显的相关性，其在土壤中的去除率较细砂高30％左右，在砂土中的衰减速率（以O₂计）为500　mg/d；氨氮随时间的衰减与微生物活性变化之间在短时间内没有明显的相关性；重金属的形态变化和生物有效性与其本身的性质、氧化还原环境等因素有一定的关系.

Characteristics of Bacteria Variation and Pollutants Behavior in Landfill Leachate Polluted Site

Static and dynamic simulated experiments were conducted to investigate the characteristics of bacterial variation in landfill leachate polluted site,and relations between attenuation,species-distribution,bioavailability of pollutants and bacterial activity. Results indicated that bacterial activity in soil and fine sand showed a trend of increase first and then decreased with time; the increase rate was up to 0.081 d -1 and 0.022 d -1 at the increasing stage,and the decrease rate reached 0.009?5 d -1 and 0....
