放射性含乳化机油冷却液处理技术研究

摘    要:实验研究了放射性含乳化机油冷却液的处理方法.实验先采用盐析加混凝的方法对冷却液进行预处理,然后用普通硅酸盐水泥+2%高岭土对残留液进行固化.实验结果表明,盐析剂选用CaSO4除油率大于74%;采用普通硅酸盐水泥+2%高岭土固化残留液,固化体浸出率小于1.1×10-6 cm/d,优于单纯普通硅酸盐水泥固化体,可以作为处理...

Abstract:Treatment of coolant containing emulsified oil was studied.In the experiment,the coolant was pretreated by salting-out treatment and flocculation at first,and then the residue was solidified using Portland cement containing 2% kaolin.Results indicated that the removing rate of oil was salting-out agent bigger than 74% using CaSO4 as salting-out agent.The leaching rate of containing 2% kaolin Portland cement solidification was 1.1×10-5 cm/d,which was better than Portland cement solidification.
