摘    要:文章研究了向SBR系统中投加混凝剂三氯化铁对活性污泥系统的影响。试验结果表明:投加三氯化铁辅助除磷效果较好,但对COD和氮的去除有不利影响,且随投加期延长,不利影响加剧。PLFAs法测定结果证实了三氯化铁对活性污泥中微生物产生了毒害作用,污泥微生物群落的总生物量减少,但微生物群落结构基本没变化。

Abstract:Influences of feeding FeCl3 into SBR reactor on activated sludge system were studied.Results indicated that removal efficiency of TP was increased obviously,but there were negatively impacts on removal of COD and N,which was worse with longer duration of feeding FeCl3.PLFAs results confirmed that feeding FeCl3 into bioreactor continuously for a long time could suppress the metabolism of microorganism in activated sludge and decrease total microbial biomass.The microbial community structure still kept invari...
