Security and Protection of Ports for Windows

In order to assure the security of computer ports in Windows, an introduction of the characters and the usage of ports were given, and some security threats faced by ports such as Trojan horses and virus were analyzed. Some proper ways to close certain ports and relevant principle were discussed, i.e. open the port only if it is necessary. Finally the actualization of ports management in the Security Wizard Software was emphatically described. The goal is that users at any level, especially those with little knowledge of computer operation and port security, could manage these sockets correctly and easily with the instructions of this software, and ensure the security of computer and network.
