| 摘 要： | 为探讨自来水厂除锰滤澉成熟的生物机理，从生产滤池和实验滤柱成熟过程的不同阶段取１０００多个水质和细菌样品进行了分析测试。实验结果表明：滤池的成熟过程是不同细菌有规律的增殖并固定在滤料和包埋于铁泥的过程；当每ｇ滤砂的细菌个数超过１０＾４时，滤滤池才能成熟和高速除锰，随反冲洗强度及提高水质量。
