| 摘 要： | 液烃燃料罐泄漏酿成事故时,向罐内强制连续注水,使水占据罐内下部空间,使泄漏物低害或无害化,以得到紧急处理事故的时间,创造抢险的条件。本措施易于进行,可用于现场管道和设施的接口实施,亦可供罐区安全设计时参考。

| Abstract: | When liquor hydrocarbon gases (LPG, Condensed oil, gasoline, jet engine fuel,kerosene,diesel oil etc. )are strongly leaking out from spherical gasholder,a fire or explosion will at any time take place. Water can be continuously injected into the gasholder,in this way,the water occupies the space of the gases at bottom of gasholder (under gases). The flow rate of water should be higher than the leaking rate. Then it is the water that leaks out rather than the liquor gases. When this operation is carried out, the fire or explosion accident can be avoided, and at the same time,it gains enough time to treat safely the hitch and breakdown. This operation and its relevant tube disposes can be suggested for fire-prevent design on tank farm of liquor gases. |
