| Abstract: | Putian is a medium scale city in the development. In this paper we survey the present situation of the drainage industry in Putian. We also discuss the achievements and existing problems in this industry. These problems are not only the bottle necks in the development of the drainage industry in Putian. They are also faced in the municipal administration reforms in many cities nationwide. In this paper, we propose several strategies and concrete measures to address these problems. |
