| 摘 要： | 运用比较方法,分析了中国土地市场现状,探讨了加入WTO后我国农村和城市土地市场可能在土地市场供需、土地利用方式、土地市场运行、土地市场中介服务、土地管理及土地市场科学研究六方面受到的影响,并针对这些影响提出了在WTO环境下发展我国土地市场的五个对策.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of present situation in chinese land market,this paper expounded the influences to rural and urban land market in supply and demand of our land market,in the models of land use,in the operation rules of land market,in the market of medium service, in the models of land management and in research of land market after entering WTO by comparison.Meanwhile,the paper put forward five proposals of how to develop China's land market in the WTO environment. |
