薄煤层无人工作面机械化开采技术分析与实践

摘    要:从薄煤层机械化开采技术应用现状出发,分析了当前薄煤层开采中的关键技术,包括综采技术、刨煤机采煤技术、螺旋钻机采煤技术和煤锯采煤技术等,重点分析了国内外综合机械化无人工作面开采技术现状及其在我国的应用情况;并结合朔里煤矿实际条件,介绍了综合机械化开采技术及其配套设备、巷道布置系统和顶板管理技术在薄煤层开采中的具体应用,为选择符合不同地质条件下薄煤层开采的合理方法提供技术指导。

Abstract:Based on the application status of mechanized mining technology in thin coal seam,the current key technologies of mining thin coal seam were analyzed,including full mechanization mining technology,coal plough mining technology,spiral drilling machine mining technology and coal saw mining technology etc.And the status and application of mechanized mining technology in thin coal seam manless working face was emphatically analyzed.According to the real situation of Shuoli colliery,the application of full mechanization mining technology and matching equipment and roadway-arrangement system and roof management technology in thin coal seam were proposed.It can provide technical guidance for selecting reasonable method of mining thin coal seam in different geological conditions.
