摘    要:某制革企业综合废水氨氮质量浓度为200~300mg/L,以一级A/O法为主体的废水处理工艺很难实现氨氮的稳定达标排放。利用该处理系统原有构筑物将其改造成以二级A/O法为主体的处理工艺,并采用适时投加MgCl2进行后续化学法强化脱氮作为补充。经1个月的调试运行表明,出水氨氮浓度已达到GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准,其余指标均远低于上述排放标准。

Abstract:The NH3-N concentration of a tannery wastewater is 200 - 300 mg/L and the effluent is difficult to meet the discharge requirements by Grade one A/O process. Technical renovation is made by means of upgrading the old equipment into Grade Two A/O treatment system. Meanwhile it is reinforced with chemical nitrogen removal technique by timely adding MgCl2. After one month's experiment, the NH3-N concentration meets Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standards of first grade (GB 8978-1996), and the other indices are far lower than the relevant criteria for wastewater discharge.
