| 摘 要： | 根据黄河三角洲的地理位置经济环境,发展循环经济是走新兴工业化道路,实施可持续发展战略以及扩大国际贸易的必然选择和重要举措.提出加大宣传力度;制定相关法规政策;抓好示范点建设;整合社会力量共同参与等发展循环经济的具体措施和建议.

| Abstract: | The Yellow River delta's geographic location and economic environment decide that developing recycle economy is the only way and important move to take new methods of industrialization,to carry out the strategy of sustainable development and to widen international business.This article presents some concrete measures and suggestions on sustainable development,such as: to tighten the propaganda,to make relative laws and policy,to do well in model construction,to strengthen the intension of public participation,etc. |
