发电厂现浇钢筋混凝土框架梁裂缝的原因分析

摘    要:针对现浇钢筋混凝土框架梁出现裂缝的问题,从设计、施工等诸多影响因素进行分析,找出裂缝原因,提出修补和控制措施。结果表明:(1)裂缝产生原因是钢筋混凝土框架梁支柱的刚度大,梁截面刚度相对较小,形成了强柱弱梁,因而在梁的应力复杂部位产生了收缩裂缝。(2)通过改善约束条件,优化混凝土配合比,加强混凝土振捣等方法,可避免钢筋混凝土框架梁出现裂缝。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of appearing crack in cast-in-site reinforced concrete frame, ana?lyzes the influencing factors from design and construction, finds out the cause of concrete crack, putsforwards repair and control measures. The result shows that (1) the cause of concrete crack is that stiff?ness of the support is big than reinforced concrete frame, brings shrinkge crack in stress complexparts. (2) by improving constraint condition, optimizing mix proportion of concrete and enhancing vi?bration of concrete, can avoid the crack of reinforced concrete frame.
