片碱生产对输电线路外绝缘防污闪性能的影响

摘    要:为研究片碱生产对输电线路外绝缘防污闪性能的影响,对处于片碱生产企业附近的 35 kV 河-金线、河-坝线部分杆塔绝缘子等值盐密、等值灰密以及构样成分进行检测分析。结果表明:片碱厂生产过程中有大量Na+离子形成的盐类附着在附近的输电线路的绝缘子外表面,会造成污闪电压的显著下降。

Abstract:In order to research the influence of sodium hydroxide production on external insulationanti-pollution flashover of transmission line, tests and analyzes the equivalent salt deposit density,non-soluble deposit density and structure components on partial insulators of power transmitting tow?er in 35 kV Hejin line and Heba line near sodium hydroxide production enterprises, the analysis resultshows that in sodium hydroxide production, there are large numbers of salts formed by Na+ ion adhereto the external surface of tinsulators of transmission line nearby the sodium hydroxide production facto?ry, caused the pollution flashover voltage evidently falling.
