摘    要:针对国电宁夏石嘴山发电有限公司一次调频响应缓慢、调频幅度与设定值偏差较大等问题,对产生原因进行分析,提出优化方案。结果表明:数字式电液控制系统(DigitalElectronic Hydraulic control system, DEH)一次调频存在滞后环节,严重影响调频速率及调频幅度,经过参数优化后,一次调频功能满足了电网调频要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of primary frequency modulation responsed slowly, and larger de?viation between the frequency modulation amplitude and setting value in Shizuishan Power Genera?tion Co., Ltd., analyzes the reasons of problems occurred, puts forward optimization schemes. The anal?ysis result shows that there is stagnant tache in primary frequency modulation of digital electronic hy?draulic control system to influence badly the rate and amplitude value of frequency modulation. Afterthe parameter optimization, the functions of primary frequency modulation basically meet the require?ments of power grid.
