摘    要:针对某发电厂 300 MW 机组的主汽温控制系统目前采用的比例-积分-微分(Propor-tion-integration-differentiation,PID)串级控制方式,因对象工艺繁杂、时间延迟大,且扰动影响因素多(负荷、压力、给水温度和流量),导致模型辨识复杂、控制手段实施难度大的问题,基于动态矩阵控制算法,提出一种带前馈补偿的主汽温度串级控制策略。现场应用表明:该方法在负荷不稳定时具有较好的控制效果。

Abstract:The main steam temperature control system of 300 MW unit in a power plant presentlyuses Proportion-integration-differentiation (PID)cascaded way,lead to the complex of the modelidentification and uneasy implemention of the control ways for the factors of complex technicprocess,time delay big and a lot of disturbances (varying load,pressure,feed water temperatureand flow),based on dynamic matrix control calculation method,puts forward a cascaded controlstrategy of main steam temperature with feed-forward compensation. The practical application showsthat the method has better control effect when the load is unsteady.
