基于彩信的高压配电网设备可视化监控系统的开发

针对西北山区高压配电网设备多、线路长、分散度大、管理不便的问题,应用 AT?mega128单片机与DZ04彩信息通信模块,设计开发一种基于手机彩信的远程可视化监控系统,达到对高压配电网设备的遥测、遥控、遥视、遥信。应用结果表明:该系统有效利用第三方通讯网络和智能移动终端,实现了配网远程监视与简单操控,适用于交通不便、电力通信资源匮乏、技术人员缺少的偏远地区。

Development of visualization supervisory system for HV distribution network equipment based on MMS

With the problems of lots of equipment, long transmission line, substation decentraliza?tion and management discommodity in HV distribution network of northwest mountainous area, apply?ing ATmega128 monolithic integrated circuit and DZ04 color information communication module, de?velops and designs a remote visualization supervisory system based on multimedia message ser?vice(MMS) of mobilephone, achieves the remote measurement, remote control, remote visibility and re?mote communication for HV distribution network equipments. The application result shows that thesystem effectively using third-party communication network and smart mobile terminal, realizes re?mote supervisory and simple control for distribution network, applies to remote area with inconvenienttransportation, power communication resource deficiency and missing technician.
