一起发电厂水冷壁管泄漏事故原因分析

摘    要:针对宁夏某电厂一起水冷壁管泄漏事故,采用了外观、宏观金相、微观金相、化学成分分析,硬度和拉伸试验等检测手段,对事故样管进行检测分析,找出事故原因并提出预防措施。结果表明:水冷壁管在换管焊接过程中未严格执行规范,致使焊口处产生热裂纹和气孔等缺陷,是造成泄漏事故的主要原因。

Abstract:Aiming at a leakage accident for water screen tube in a power plant of Ningxia, using themethods of outside inspection, macroscopic metallography, microscopic metallography and chemicalelement analysis, hardness and tensile test measurement, analyzes the sample of the accident tube,finds out the causes of the accident and the preventing countermeasures. The analysis result showsthat main reason of the leakage accident is the tube welding regulation beyond the standard whenchanged the the water screen tube, bring about the hot cracks and gas pores taking place in place ofwelding.
