提高循环水浓缩倍率,优化水质的方法

摘    要:针对黄河水系循环冷却水水质恶化,给系统带来结垢、腐蚀、粘泥和菌藻等问题,通过现场试验,选择合适的水质稳定剂联合加酸处理,控制循环水碱度,使循环水系统中的腐蚀与结垢现象趋于最小。大大节约了水资源,取得了一定的经济效益。结果表明:通过选择合适的水质稳定剂联合加酸处理,将黄河水系循环水浓缩倍率提高到 5~6 倍是可行的。

Abstract:In view of circulation cooling water-quality deterioration for Huanghe River,caused theproblems of scaling,corrosion,adhering mud and phycomycete for the system. By field test selectsappropriate water quality stabilizer combined acid adding treatment,controls circulation wateralkalinity to make scaling and corrosion tend to be minimum. The results show that it is feasible toimprove 5 to 6 times of circulation water enrichment factor by selecting appropriate water qualitystabilizer combined acid adding treatment with water resources saving and obtainment of certaineconomic benefits.
