一次风机振动故障诊断及分析

摘    要:针对某厂锅炉侧一次风机检修后出现的振动大问题,通过进行振动参数测试,并对测试结果综合分析,找出振动故障的原因,提出了改进方案。分析结果表明:风机轴承的振动幅值、振动速度值,振动频谱中的高频分量,均呈现滚动轴承的故障频率特征。从而断定振动故障的原因为轴承失效。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of large vibration of primary fan in boiler side after maintenanceand repair, by vibration amplitude value test, analyzes synthetically the test result, puts forward im?proving scheme. The analysis result shows that the vibration amplitude value, vibration speed valueand high frequecy component of vibration frequency spectrum all accord with the fault frequency char?acter of rolling bearing so concludes that the fault cause is bearing invalidation.
