摘    要:针对宁夏大坝发电有限责任公司机组实施脱硝SCR装置改造和脱硫增容改造,引风机、增压风机实施二合一方案的可行性进行分析,论证改造方案的经济性和安全性。分析和应用结果表明:改造方案简化了烟气系统,降低了设备改造投资,提高了设备节能效率和机组运行的安全可靠性,减少运行维修费用。

Abstract:Aiming at the retrofit of denitration selective catalytic reduction (SCR) device and desul?phurization capacity increasing, analyzes the feasibility of two-in-one project of induced draft fan andbooster fan, demonstrates the economy and security of the retrofit project. The application result showsthat the retrofit project predigest flue gas system, reduce retrofit cost of the equipment, improve energysaving efficiency of the equipment and operation security and reliability of the unit, decrease mainte?nance cost.
