| 摘 要： | 从现代社会中广泛用于原油运输的船只入手,介绍了在原油转移的过程中发生意外泄漏而产生池火灾的几个重要参数模型。结合热辐射伤害的破坏准则,对死亡、重伤、轻伤的范围进行了量化研究,进一步分析了池火灾所造成的直接财产损失和间接的财产损失,并给出了相应的计算模型。以湘江边上一艘驳船发生柴油泄漏后产生的池火灾为例,计算分析结果表明:池火灾对周围一定半径内造成巨大的财产和人员损失。

| Abstract: | Starting with the oil transportation ships that are widely used in the modern society,several important parameter models of pool fire due to the unexpected oil leakage in oil transportation are given.According to the failure criterion of heat radiation,quantitative analysis is made on range of death toll,major injury and minor injury.The direct and indirect property loss of pool fire is analyzed.The corresponding computation model is also given.Taking a pool fire caused by diesel oil leakage on a barge on the Xiangjiang River as the example,the pool fire resulted in the great property loss and casualties in a certain radius range of the fire. |
