摘    要:采用无机陶瓷膜分离装置对己内酰胺生产废水处理工艺中的初沉池出水进行泥水分离.实验结果表明:无机陶瓷膜分离装置能有效去除废水中的悬浮物和COD,悬浮物去除率达90%以上,出水悬浮物质量浓度在1 mg/L以下;COD去除率为70%以上,出水COD在100 mg/L以下;采用质量分数为5%的NaOH溶液能对无机陶瓷膜分离装置...

Abstract:Inorganic ceramic membrane was used in the separation of sludge from the effluent of primary settling tank in caprolactam production wastewater treatment plant.The experimental results show that: The suspended solid and COD in the effluent can be removed by over 90% and 70% respectively.The mass concentration of SS in the treated effluent is below 1 mg/L and COD is below 100 mg/L.The foul membrane can be washed using NaOH solution with 5% of mass fraction,the membrane flux can be recovered by 89.3%.
