湿地介质高炉矿渣磷吸附与再生能力研究

摘    要:通过批实验和长期动态柱实验评价了湿地介质高炉矿渣吸附和截留P能力,并利用水位落干操作提高P吸附再生能力.结果表明,长期柱实验可以精确评价矿渣吸附磷的能力,矿渣磷截留能力达到1.65 g/kg;湿地保持落干4周,磷吸附能力再生,吸附能力提高58%.矿渣磷吸附饱和后磷组分分析得到树脂提取磷(P1)占13%,Fe-P 39%,Al-P 21%,Ca-P 13%(1 mol/L HCl),Ca-P 14%(热浓HCl).吸附饱和前后X射线荧光衍射分析介质成分发现:K2O和P2O5分别提高3倍和1.7倍,Al2O3和FeO提高8%.高炉矿渣吸附特性的研究表明该材料能长期有效去除P,适当干湿交替操作可以延长人工湿地运行年限.
