| 摘 要： | 就目前环境行政执法的现状及存在的问题进行了剖析。提出了环境行政执法应从法律法规体系建设、加大执法力度、提高执法水平、增强公众环境意识、提高执法队伍素质、建立监督制约机制、克服地方保护主义和不正当的领导干预 ,实现环境行政执法装备和技术手段现代化等方面采取对策。
