Some Reflections on the Enhancement and Improvement of New Graduates Ideology Political Work in Hospital

With the social development and the complicating of medical environment, hospital new graduates＂ moral ideas, modes of thinking, value orientation and service concept are impacted in different degree. In view of this situation, this paper proposed some effective measures, such as to restrain new graduates with strict rules and regulations, to stimulate them with sound incentive mechanism, to educate them by rich network resources, and to condense them by excellent team culture.
