| 摘 要： | 甘肃省土壤污染主要表现在农村面源污染、工业区城市污染以及矿区污染三个方面。究其原因，与甘肃省地理环境、社会经济发展有密切的联系；而从制度的角度看，甘肃省土壤污染只是作为全国土壤污染防治缺陷的一个缩影，有其必然性和特殊性。立足甘肃土壤污染实际情况，分析其产生的原因，最后对甘肃省土壤污染防治的制度构建提出相应建议。

| Abstract: | Soil pollution in Gansu Province involves three aspects： rural non-point pollution, urban pollution in industrial areas and mining pollution. Looking for the reasons, the geographical environment and social and economic development of Gansu Province play an important role. From the perspective of the system, as a microcosm of the nationwide soil pollution prevention and control defects, Gansu Province soil contamination has its inevitability and specificity. This paper, based on the actual soil pollution in Gansu, analyzed its causes, and made recommendations according to the system of soil pollution prevention and control in Gansu Province. |
