| 摘 要： | 针对我国城市污水处理资金短缺与城市污水处理设施及管网建设严重不足的现状,探讨了近几年在公共基础设施建设领域中兴起的PPP融资模式在城市污水处理工程项目中的应用,通过分析我国的具体情况,并结合国内外成功实例,阐述了PPP模式在城市污水处理工程中的可行性,找到了民间资本在城市污水处理工程中发挥作用的途径。

| Abstract: | In the light of China urban sewage disposal which is short of capital urban sewage disposal facilities and pipe network constructions,the paper discussed the construction of public infrastructure in the field of PPP financing mode in urban sewage disposal projects in the application in recent years.Through the analysis on the concrete conditions of China,combined with the successful examples at home and abroad,PPP mode in urban sewage disposal project feasibility was introduced;finally,it found the way in which folk capital in urban sewage disposal project to play a role. |
