| 摘 要： | 本文通过已有的研究所得到的局部均衡的木材供求经验模型，用于分析江西的森林资源的环境与经济政策。研究结果表明：市场充分时采用市场价格机制的经济手段调节资源配置要比税费和采伐限额的政府干预手段的效率高。但在目前的条件下，即使集约经营森林资源，适当的税费和采伐限额的措施还是一种合理的选择。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the timber demand-supply partia l equilibrium model to analyze the environmental and economic policies of forest resources in Jiangxi province. The conclusions of the research prove that the e fficiency of allocating resources with the economic measures of adopting market -price mechanism is better than the one with administrative measures of taxes a nd fees of forestry and the felling quota of forest resources when the market de velops enough. However, at the recent existing conditions, proper use of the tax es and fees of forestry as well as the felling quota of forest resources is a ra tional choice even if cultivation of forest resources is intensive. |
