冷冻胶粉粒度对橡胶胶料力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了冷冻胶粉粒度对橡胶胶料力学性能的影响,发现添加冷冻胶粉会使胶料的力学性能下降,胶粉粒度越大,胶料性能下降的程度越严重。同时还发现,薄通处理可以改善胶粉的表面活性,减轻胶粉粒度对胶料性能的影响,改善胶料的力学性能。

Abstract:The effect of the particle size of cryogenic recycled powder on the mechanical properties of tire rubber was studied in this article. The results showed that the mechanical properties of tire rubber were declined by adding into the cryogenic recycled powder. The bigger the particle size of cryogenic recycled powder was, the more seriously the performance of tire rubber declined. Otherwise, plastication could improve the surface activity of cryogenic recycled powder, and mitigate the effects of particle size on the performance of tire rubber so as to improve the mechanical properties of tire rubber.
