理顺关系抓住重点全面提升抗震设防要求管理水平

金昌市各级地震部门通过加强与计划、规划、建设、国土资源管理、房管等部门之间的协调配合,不断强化行政管理职能,促使抗震设防要求管理工作逐步法治化、规范化、程序化.本文从机构建设、制定规范性文件、严格执法、加强宣传、农村安居工程建设等方面,阐述了金昌市全面提升抗震设防要求管理水平的措施和经验.

Promoting the Management Level of Earthquake Prevention

All levels of Earthquake Administration of Jinchang City try to harmonize with other government departments and to strength the functions of civil management, so as to legalize, formalize and regulate the earthquake prevention management. From the aspects of harmonizing the inner system, establishing standards, enforcing the law, propagating the law and the improving housing project in the countryside, the authors summarize some experience and measures in promoting the continuously, who carried out the earthquake prevention and management in the management of law,standardization,formality. This paper,based on such as organization construction, normal document establishment, law enforcement strictly, publicity strengthen, village house of urban residents construction and so on, elaborated measure and experience in JinChang City of gansu province which promoted overall a level of earthquake prevention and management requesting the management level of earthquake prevention.
