环境内分泌干扰物筛选和测试研究中的鱼类实验动物

摘    要:环境内分泌干扰物的筛选与测试方法的研究是近年来环境科学领域的热点问题.在水生态毒理学研究中,目前的研究重点之一是发展方法学,如基于鱼类实验动物的离体或活体测试方法.对内分泌干扰物鱼类筛选测试的科学基础、内分泌干扰物的生物性标志、筛选测试方法以及用于内分泌干扰物筛选测试的几种主要鱼类实验动物进行了介绍,同时提出了建立适合我国实际情况的内分泌干扰筛选测试鱼类实验动物,并提出系统的鱼类实验动物培育和筛选测试方法体系的必要性.

Abstract:In recent years, the exploration of methodology for screening and testing the environmental endocrine disruptors has become an important issue for scientific research and environmental management. In the field of aquatic eco-toxicology, development of methodology, such as fish experimental model and its related in vitro or in vivo bioassays is mainly concerned. And this review summarized the scientific principals of testing endocrine disruption effects and its biomarkers associated with endocrine system of fish, main bioassaying one of which was used currently in laboratories and governmental agencies. It also indicated that it was necessary to establish the local fish experimental model and the assay methodological system for screening and testing endocrine disruptors.in China.
