Abstract:High sensitive determination of total mercury-cold atomic absorption spectrophotometry is widely applied,its accuracy and precision mainly depend on digestion preprocessing of biological sample.The key to the experiment is selecting proper digestion means ,otherwise it will bring disturbance to the result of measurement.In this article ,we use different wet digestion to digest several sorts of biological samples to analyze the disturbance to the experiment and recommend the more reasonable method.
