扎兰屯市生态市创建工作进展情况分析

自2007年生态市创建以来,全市各乡镇、各部门和农村广大干部群众,认真贯彻落实市委、政府的决策部署,按照"经济发展、民主健全、精神充实、环境良好"的总体要求,扎实推进生态市创建工作,本文主要从基本现状、主要做法经验、未达到创建标准的指标分析、对策建议等四方面与各地区环保局交流经验,寻求突破,更好的完成好生态市创建工作。
