中国建筑业技术进步分析

中国的建筑业是国民经济的重要支柱产业之一，同城镇化进程相伴而行。其支柱产业的地位和作用日益增强。但是生产效率不很理想，科技活动和研发投入较低。按增长速度方程法算出的2004年技术进步对中国建筑业总产值增长速度的贡献率为39．01％。按其它方法算出的结果相差较多，对建筑业技术进步贡献率需要专门立项研究。劳动力和资金对中国建筑业总产值增长速度的贡献率量下降趋势，而技术进步的贡献率则呈上升趋势，说明技术进步是建筑业发展的必然选择。

Analysis of Technical Progress for China's Construction Industry

China's construction industry is one of the important supporting industries for national economy and associates with the progress of urbanization.Its performances,however,are not too well in production efficiency and physical import for technical progress,although its status and action of supporting industry are increasingly built up.The technical progress contribution ratio for growing velocity of China's total output of construction industry is 39.01% in the year of 2004 based on the method of growing velocity equation.Further study is needed for technical progress contribution ratio of construction industry because different results were made by different methods.Considering that the contribution ratios of labor and capital to growing velocity of China's total output of construction industry are getting down and technical contribution ratio is getting up, technical progress is the only way for construction industry development.
