摘    要:扭压成形工艺和一般镦粗相比有许多优点.考虑到成形过程中温度与变形间的热力耦合效应,运用刚粘塑性有限元方法,详细分析了高温下轴对称体的扭压成形过程中的变形规律.结果表明:扭压成形能促使变形均匀,增加变形量;成形温度、摩擦和变形速度对整个变形过程产生较大的影响.

Abstract:Twist-compression deformation has many advantages. In this paper ,3D thermo-rigid-viscoplastic FEM of compressible materials are employed to analyse the deformation behavior during metal twist- compression forming of cylinder at high tempera-ture. The results demonstrate that, compared with upsetting .twist- compression forming can make deformation homogenous and increase the plastic deformation. Temperature, friction and deformation velocity all have effects on the whole process of twist-compression deformation.
