| Abstract: | Employees’unsafe behavior is one of the important factors that lead to railway accidents.In order to prevent and control the unsafe behavior of railway employees and reduce the occurrence of man-made accidents,the factors affecting employees’unsafe behavior are analyzed from four dimensions:individual,environment,equipment and management,and the index system of influencing factors of railway employees’unsafe behavior is established.The influence degree of each factor is quantitatively analyzed by using ANP.The results show that operation system,incentive mechanism,safety awareness,safety education,safety culture,social environment and individual protective facilities are the main factors affecting the unsafe behavior of railway workers,which should be paid attention in daily safety management. |
