摘    要:采用液液萃取-气相色谱法测定饮用水中10种硝基苯类化合物,通过萃取条件优化试验,选择正己烷为萃取剂,使目标物在0μg/L~38.5μg/L之间线性良好,检出限为0.002μg/L ~0.005μg/L。实际饮用水样的加标回收率为80.8%~104%,RSD<3%。用该方法测定桂林市4个水厂饮用水,结果硝基苯、间-二硝基苯、2,4-二硝基氯苯未检出,其余7种硝基苯类化合物虽有检出,但检出值均低于标准规定的限值。

Abstract:A liquid-liquid extraction gas-chromatography method by different solvents for determination of nitrobenzene-compounds in drinking water was established.The determination of extraction by n-hexane extrac-tion of samples detection limit,precision and the recovery rate is superior to the other three solvents,nitroben-zene-compounds spiked recovery rates come to be 80.8%~104%,the relative standard deviations(RSD)were less than 3%,the method determination limits were 0.002 μg/L~0.005 μg/L.This method can meet the test requirements.Drinking water samples from 4 water factories in Guilin were analyzed by optimized test method. The results indicates that,nitrobenzene,1,3-dinitrobenzene and 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene were not detected, other 7 nitrobenzene-compounds were detected,but the concentrations were all less than environmental quality standards for surface water and standards for drinking water quality in the provides of limited value.
