风险管理决策方法探讨

分析了影响企业风险管理决策的主要因素,如生存风险度、决策者的风险态度、决策方案的风险度及期望值;进而研究如何将主要因素有机结合并作为风险管理决策的准则,得出风险管理决策时应依次将生存风险度、决策者的风险态度、决策方案的风险度及期望值作为决策依据的论断;通过例证说明具体的风险管理决策过程。结果表明:笔者所研究出的风险管理决策准则与方法能为企业风险管理者提供指导和借鉴。

Exploration on Decision-making Method for Risk Management

The factors such as survival risk,decision-maker's attitudes toward risk,risk degree and mathematic expected value of schemes,which chiefly affect the decision-making of risk management,are firstly analyzed.Then,how to form a decision-making principle of risk management by combining them together are studied,it is concluded that decision-making of risk management must be taken based on the priority of survival risk degree,decision-maker's attitudes toward risk,risk degree and mathematic expected value of schemes.Finally,an example is given,which illustrates that the principle studied by this paper may provide a guidance and reference for the managers to cope with enterprise risks.
