| 摘 要： | 论述了监测信息工程在地质灾害防治中的作用和地位，重点就监测信息工程建设中若干高新数据库技术的应用问题进行了探讨。根据国际上新出现的数据仓库与数据集市的概念，提出了数据运筹技术的监测信息工程，在地质灾害预测与防治、环境保护与监测、地质工程安全监控等领域中有着广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the meaning and the function of monitoring information engineering (MIE) in geological disaster prevention are briefly introduced. Then, the application of several new techniques of database management in MIE is mainly discussed. A new concept of data operation science is proposed from the concepts of data warehouse and data marts. An application study of data operation science is carried out through a monitoring engineering project. It is shown that the MIE with data operation science techniques has a wide application foreground in the engineering safety of geological disaster prediction and prevention, environment monitoring and prediction and protection, geological engineering safety monitoring etc.. |
